Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Klik Klak builds apps and games for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and games published by Klik Klak on the App Store and Google Play, and to this website (together, the “Service”). These SERVICES are provided by Klik Klak and are intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

At a glance

  • Most of our apps don’t need an account, and many work entirely on your device.
  • In our AI scanner apps, the photo you choose is sent to our server and to OpenAI to analyze it. Our servers don’t save your photos.
  • Your scan history, recordings and profiles are saved on your device, and you can delete them at any time.
  • Payments are handled by Apple and Google. We never see your card details.
  • Some of our games and Study Music use analytics, attribution and advertising partners. On iOS, tracking only happens if you allow it.
  • We don’t sell your personal information.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. Which of them are used depends on the app, as explained in the sections below.

Photos and AI Analysis

Our scanner and identifier apps (for example Legit Check, Gold Identifier, Spider Identifier, Pill Counter or Pregnancy Test Scanner) use artificial intelligence to analyze a photo you take or choose.

Some apps ask for a few optional details to personalize a result, which are sent together with the photo only for that purpose: Palm Reader (name, age, gender, relationship status, birth date, time and place) and Baby Gender Scanner (weeks of pregnancy). When you search for a birthplace in Palm Reader, the text you type is sent to Photon, an OpenStreetMap place search.

Our card scanners (MTG Card Price Scanner and TCG Card Value Scanner) read the card on your device, and the photo never leaves your phone. To show prices, apps may send only the item name, barcode or ISBN (never your photo) to services such as eBay, Discogs, Open Library, Scryfall or TCGdex.

Health and Other Sensitive Information

Some of our apps can involve sensitive information, for example photos of pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, pills, or food scanned for halal or vegan ingredients. This information is used only to produce the result you asked for and is handled as described above; we do not store it on our servers or use it for advertising.

Our apps are not medical devices. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Baby Heartbeat Monitor (Badum) and Contraction Timer (Popzy) keep everything you enter — recordings, names, due dates and contraction history — on your device only. We do not receive it.

Camera, Microphone and Videos

We only ask for access to your camera, photos or microphone when a feature needs it, and you can change this in your device settings.

Location

Apps that use location, such as UV Index: Tanning SPF Tracker, use it only if you allow it, to show the UV index, weather and places near you. Your coordinates or search text are sent to our weather and map providers only for that purpose: Apple Weather and Apple Maps on iOS, and Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud on Android. We do not store your location on our servers.

Accounts (LockedIn)

LockedIn: Prove Your Habits is the only app that uses an account. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we use Firebase Authentication and store your account details (such as your name and email address), your habits, your progress, your onboarding answers and the proof photos you take in Google Firebase. Proof photos are also sent to OpenAI to check that they match your habit. This data is kept until you delete it or delete your account, which you can do in the app’s settings or by emailing us.

LockedIn also uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used, and AppsFlyer to measure which campaigns people find the app through. On iOS, you are asked for permission before your device’s advertising identifier is used.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions; it receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history so the app can unlock premium features.

Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

Study Music, Study Ambience and Whistle SOS use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (for example which sounds are played), Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications and Firebase Remote Config to adjust app settings. Study Music also uses Firebase Crashlytics to report crashes.

Study Music uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the performance of our ads, for example app installs, trials and subscriptions. On iOS, you are asked for permission before your device’s advertising identifier is used for this. Study Music streams and downloads sounds and cover images from this website.

Our games may show ads and use analytics and attribution partners, as described in the next section. You can limit ad tracking at any time: on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in your device settings.

Games Published with Partners

Some of our games were published together with a publishing partner, who provides the software used for analytics, attribution and advertising in those games.

When you install and use “Klik Klak” mobile applications, we can collect and process some of your data for different legitimate purposes.
